BEASTLY has shown what happens when passionate volunteers come together to create something extraordinary. Now we're taking that experience, unleashing new ideas and building something even bigger for Explorer Scouts.
Behind the scenes, we're bringing together a team with the energy, creativity and ambition to make 25 hours of non-stop adventure happen. From an unforgettable programme and entertainment to infrastructure, wellbeing and volunteer support, every part of the team has a role to play.
Our Event Leads set the overall vision, working alongside a Core Team who take the lead in their own areas. Each Head has the freedom to bring fresh ideas, shape their plans and build the teams they need to deliver.
And it doesn't stop with the Core Team. As UNLEASHED grows, there will be opportunities for more people to get involved, contribute their skills and help make the event something special.

UNLEASHED is being brought to life by a growing team of volunteers, each bringing their own experience, ideas and enthusiasm to the event. Meet some of the people working behind the scenes to make 25 hours of unforgettable Explorer adventure happen.
Jack Tracy
Event Lead
Jack is passionate about bringing people together and turning big ideas into unforgettable experiences. Alongside his leadership roles in Scouting, he's helping drive UNLEASHED forward, bringing fresh thinking, collaboration and a determination to create an event that Explorer Scouts will be talking about long after the adventure ends.
Paul Hogan-Williams
Event Lead
Paul brings extensive experience in Scouting leadership and event delivery, including leading BEASTLY and his role as Event Director for the upcoming Hampshire International Jamboree. Passionate about creating exciting opportunities for young people, he's helping turn the vision for UNLEASHED into 25 hours of unforgettable Explorer adventure.
Sam Lloyd
Head of Infrastructure
Sam is happiest when there's a site to build and a challenge to solve. Running his own agricultural machinery business and working in event delivery alongside Jack, he brings a wealth of practical experience and a real talent for making things happen. A familiar face at BEASTLY for many years, Sam knows what it takes to turn an empty field into an unforgettable event.
Adam Sayer
Head of Entertainment
Adam knows how to bring the energy! A former DJ and the driving force behind the main stage entertainment at BEASTLY, he loves creating an atmosphere that gets everyone involved. With a passion for music, fun and putting on a great show, Adam is ready to make sure UNLEASHED is buzzing with excitement throughout its 25 hours of adventure.

Adam is part of the County Team, responsible for the CHOAS events. With limitless imagination and plenty of enthusiasm, he can’t wait to bring our programme to life and help create an unforgettable experience for everyone at UNLEASHED.

We're looking for three passionate volunteers to join our Core Team and help bring UNLEASHED to life.
These aren't just roles to fill - they're opportunities to lead, create and build something from the ground up. You'll have the freedom to develop your area, bring together your own team and help deliver an unforgettable experience for Explorer Scouts.

Help make UNLEASHED a safe, inclusive and welcoming experience for everyone. Lead risk management, safety planning, safeguarding coordination and wellbeing arrangements across the event.
