UNLEASHED is a brand-new Scout and Guide event, built around 25 hours of continuous activities. We’re bringing together a small network of creators to build excitement before the weekend and capture the moments that make it extraordinary.
Whether you make TikToks, Reels, YouTube videos, photographs or brilliant behind-the-scenes stories, we’d love to hear your ideas. You bring your personality and creativity. We’ll provide the information, access and support.
We’re looking for authentic voices, a strong connection with your audience and enthusiasm for adventure, volunteering and unforgettable experiences for young people.
Two ways to get involved.
Join the Creator Network
Help introduce UNLEASHED to your audience. Share announcements, reveal what’s coming and take people behind the scenes as the event takes shape.
We’ll agree content and timings together, with room for your own style and ideas.
Join the on-site Media Team
Selected creators will be invited to Dummer Down Farm to work alongside our communications team, capturing challenges, interviews and highlights through the day, night and following morning.
Joining the network does not automatically guarantee an on-site place.

For selected on-site creators
- Complimentary access to UNLEASHED.
- On-site Creator accreditation.

- The chance to work alongside the official event communications team.
Travel and personal expenses would normally be your responsibility. We’ll confirm everything included before you accept an on-site place.
Who we’re looking for.
Scout and Guide creators, adventurers, volunteers, photographers, videographers and presenters. Established audiences and emerging voices are both welcome.
The formal Creator Network and on-site Media Team are open to people aged 18 or over.
Aged 14–17 and coming with an Explorer or Ranger Unit? There may be opportunities to contribute to participant-led content during the event.
What we’ll ask from you
- An agreed amount of content before or during the event.
- Clear disclosure of your relationship with UNLEASHED where appropriate.
- Respect for brand, safeguarding and social media guidance.
- Care with embargoes and announcement dates.
- A collaborative approach and a positive reflection of Scout and Guide values.
We’ll agree expectations in advance so the partnership works for both sides and your content still feels like you.

Do I need a large following?
No. Quality, creativity and audience fit matter more than follower numbers. Emerging creators are welcome.
Does joining the network guarantee an on-site place?
No. We’ll invite selected creators to join the on-site Media Team and agree the role, expectations and included benefits in advance.
Can I bring my own content ideas?
Absolutely. We want your personality and perspective. We’ll work with you on ideas that fit the event, alongside our brand, safeguarding and social media guidance.
